I’m Laura Dodimead and I’ve been in the cakey circle for 13 years as a sugarcrafter and tutor. I specialize in figure modelling, painting on cakes and airbrushing.
I have been fortunate enough to have won many gold awards at cake international for my creations as well as being a regular contributer for many national and international cake magazines including being a cake columnist for American Cake Decorating magazine. my work has been featured in books, on greeting cards, calender’s and on TV including Kirsty Allsop’s Handmade Christmas Cake Competition.
I only ever use modelling chocolate which is the reason i wanted to create a product that not only supports my beliefs ethically but that actually helps those wanting to get ahead in cake decorating.
As a teacher in the cake world I felt the market was missing a medium that not only tastes amazing but also is easy to use in every possible way.
